Rev. Lady Joyce Kariuki is a transformational speaker, ordained minister, counseling psychologist student at PAC University, and a women’s empowerment leader with a powerful voice of hope and clarity for today’s woman. She has devoted herself to helping women rediscover their identity, reclaim their voice, and rise into the fullness of their God-given assignments
As the First Lady of a ministry overseeing over 2,000 churches across Kenya and beyond, Joyce combines her deep spiritual foundation with practical psychological tools to help women break free from limitations and step into their divine calling.
She is the visionary founder of ElevateHER Global, a movement designed to awaken women to break free from internal limitations, confront silent cages, and walk boldly in power, purpose, and divine impact. Through her teachings, events, and mentorship circles, she equips women from all walks of life to “level up” in every area of life—spiritually, emotionally, and professionally.
Joyce is also the author of SHINE-Unlock your gift and shine, a book she wrote to help people discover their gift and talents and learn how to use them. She is currently writing two upcoming books: The Worth of a Woman and Dealing with the Spirit of Discouragement.
With over 12 years of ministry alongside her husband, Bishop Dr. Mark Kariuki, she brings depth, grace, and authenticity to every platform.
Beyond ministry and mentorship, Joyce is a passionate entrepreneur. She runs Thumbprint Insurance Agency Ltd,and BizAmplify Solutions, a platform that promotes other businesses through her powerful online influence. Her foundation, the Lady Joyce Kariuki Foundation, supports young mothers in vocational training and education as well as supporting other vulnerable and needy groups such as single mothers, widows and orphans.
Joyce is married to Bishop Mark Kariuki and together, they have a blended family of 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
Her passions are travelling, swimming, reading motivational books, cooking and farming.
